Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

You will develop personalized rehab plans, implement therapy techniques, monitor progress, and document outcomes while collaborating with healthcare professionals and educating patients and caregivers. Emphasis on safety, infection control, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations and current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to perform manual tasks, move equipment, and maintain safety standards.
