Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic in Bentleyville, PA, is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our mobile outpatient team. You will work as the sole PT in the clinic, delivering hands-on therapy and coordinating care for a diverse patient population.

Requirements include a physical therapy degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral) from an accredited program, an active state license, and at least 1 year of experience; BLS may be required.
