Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one therapy across diverse outpatient settings.

You will manage a caseload of about 12 patients per day with no double booking, delivering patient-centered treatment and thorough documentation, while adhering to safety standards. Requirements include a PT degree (BA/MA/PhD), an active state license, outpatient experience, and possibly BLS.
