• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration.
• One professional reference required.

• Inpatient hospital setting on a 35-bed unit with patient ratios of 4-5:1.
• PT department supported by 1-2 techs and an administrative assistant.

• Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• No floating required.
