Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for travel assignments in North Carolina. You will provide outpatient PT services to diverse patient populations, develop treatment plans, and maintain productivity around 60 visits per week across multiple locations.

The role supports collaboration with the health care team, independence in travel, and potential opportunities for growth in a rewarding travel position.

Qualifications

• Active State License required prior to start.
• PT degree from an accredited program (APTA-approved).
• BLS certification may be required.
• Open to first-time travelers and new graduates.

• Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations, including active adults, ortho, and pelvic cases.
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, with an average of 12-14 patients daily.
• Work independently without floating to other clinics; collaborate with the healthcare team as needed.
• Obtain prior approval for any occupational therapy hours from the director.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (APTA-approved).
• Active State License required prior to start.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Open to first-time travelers and new graduates.
