Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Castro Valley, California. You’ll work in hospital, clinic, and rehab settings delivering evidence-based therapy aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing personalized rehab plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with physicians and nurses. The role is 40 hours/week with day shifts; CA licensure and BLS are required, with new grads

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations to guide treatment.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Use PT techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise, safety, and prevention.
