Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Lancaster, California. The role offers 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts, and a start date of 10/05/2026. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients across settings while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

Eligible candidates have a valid PT license, BLS, and strong clinical skills. New grads welcome; state requirements apply. Benefits include competitive pay and travel support.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• Experience in physical therapy (New Grads welcome).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standards and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
