Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Deliver PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Educate patients on home exercise and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control standards.
