Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Lodi, CA. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with the support of a dedicated clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds a valid PT license and BLS certification; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. New grads are welcome to apply, with additional certifications considered as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history, and exams to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans using techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety measures.
