Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Northridge, CA. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility and reduce pain across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility impairments to improve function.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
