Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Camarillo, CA. The role offers 40 hours per week in an 8-hour daytime shift, with a focus on evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility and reduce pain across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
