Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 10-week assignment in Suwanee, GA. The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain, working in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Start date is 10/18/2026 with a 40-hour workweek and dayshift. You will join a dedicated clinical team, receive competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, and enjoy support throughout the travel assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment need.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques to promote long‑term functional recovery.
• Assist with discharge planning and collaborative care to ensure smooth transitions.
