Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 9-week travel assignment in Gainseville, GA. You will evaluate patients, develop rehab plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain. Start date is 10/25/2026, with 40 hours per week and days shift.

Licensed PT with current BLS is required; Doctorate in PT is preferred. New grads are welcome to apply as part of a dynamic traveler program offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
