Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 10-week assignment in Cumming, GA starting 10/18/2026, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers, develop evidence-based plans, coordinate with physicians and staff, and support patient recovery.

Requirements include valid PT license, current BLS, Doctorate preferred; new grads welcome. Travel and 40 hours/week expected.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients to identify rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Use PT techniques and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs.
