Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 10-week assignment in Lithia Springs, Georgia. You will evaluate patients, develop rehabilitation plans, and implement therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain, working 40 hours per week on day shifts.

You will collaborate with a clinical team to provide evidence-based care and facilitate patient recovery while enjoying the benefits of a travel assignment and dedicated support staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.
