Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care on a day shift. The role covers geriatric patients with wound care and general home health cases, with a minimum 23–24 visits per week and a 40-hour guarantee.

Ideal candidates hold an active state license in hand, BLS/CPR, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Travel within surrounding counties is possible; mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of home health experience and 2 years of overall clinical experience required.
State license in hand at time of consideration; pending licenses not accepted.
Current BLS/CPR certification required.
Current driver's license required and reliable transportation.
COVID-19 vaccination required with religious declination allowed; flu vaccination can be declined with documentation.
Contract length is 4-6 months; first-time travelers welcome; local candidates within 50 miles.

Current BLS/CPR certification required
Current driver's license required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance
OASIS experience preferred
Pending licenses not accepted; must have valid license in hand at time of consideration

All required compliance documents must be completed before starting patient care, which may take 2-3 weeks
All time off requests must be submitted at the time of application; no additional time off will be accepted after an offer is made
