Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy licensure in California and in good standing.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; licensure requirements noted.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum of two years of recent physical therapy experience; EPIC EMR experience required.
• Pelvic floor therapy experience and PRPC or WCS certification (or working toward certification) preferred.
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and support day-shift requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans to restore function and independence.
• Deliver therapy interventions using established protocols, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and co-lead groups of patients when appropriate.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines and ensure information is communicated to the care team.
• Supervise assigned therapy assistants and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate transitions with patients, families, and other care providers.
