H2 Health is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist for full-time outpatient assignments in Oklahoma. Positions typically run 13 weeks, with the option to work across H2 Health regions and states.

This role offers hourly pay plus tax-free travel stipends and full-time benefits, including license reimbursement and standard health coverage. New graduates and experienced physical therapists are welcome to apply, with opportunities to gain experience in multiple outpatient specialties and collaborations

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or an equivalent CAPTE-accredited credential.
• Current state PT license or eligibility for licensure in Oklahoma or future assignment states.
• CPR certification, as applicable.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as required for future assignments.
• New graduates and experienced PTs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, and sports-related conditions.
• Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic teams.
• Document care accurately and provide patient-centered care.
• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and compassionate care throughout each assignment.
• Travel to available H2 Health assignments based on business needs.
