Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Milford, MA. The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and a start date of 10/19/2026. Licensure and BLS are required; Doctorate in PT preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• The ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement PT plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
