Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing‑Therapy is seeking a Traveling Physical Therapist for a 22-week assignment in Needham Heights, MA. This role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a chance to impact patient mobility and quality of life in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Required: Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy; travel/PT experience welcome for NEW grads.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations to determine treatment need.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs with patient goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
