Qualifications

• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Active PT license and eligibility to practice physical therapy in MA required.
• Licensure and credentialing must comply with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and assess functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Administer PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to optimize care.
• Educate patients on exercises, body mechanics, and safety.
