Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Marlborough, MA. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, coordinating with medical staff, and delivering evidence-based rehabilitation.

You will work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts. Start date 10/05/2026 is anticipated, with licensure and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
