Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 26-week travel assignment in East Longmeadow, MA. The role offers a 40-hour work week, 8-hour days, and collaboration with a dedicated clinical team to support patient mobility and functional recovery.

We value licensed PTs with current BLS certification who can deliver evidence-based care in hospital, clinical, or rehab settings and educate patients on home programs. Travel-friendly benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• Experience or willingness for travel role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise and prevention strategies.
