Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Grants Pass, Oregon. This role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and the chance to make a positive impact on patients across hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• Active licensure in Oregon desirable; New Grads may apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Maintain a safe, compliant treatment environment and equipment.
