Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Provide physical therapy services to SNF patients in a travel capacity.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
