Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Gresham, Oregon. This travel role offers 40 hours per week, daytime shifts, and the opportunity to work in a hospital or clinic setting while earning competitive pay.

The PT will evaluate, treat, and educate patients using evidence-based methods, with licensed supervision and a focus on safe, high-quality care. A valid PT license and Current BLS are required; Doctorate in PT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OT and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
