Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The role offers 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour daytime shift, in a facility-based setting.

Required qualifications include a valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. New grads are welcome to apply, with potential licensure or certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• PT experience preferred; New Grads welcome.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to optimize care.
