Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Oregon. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, and a chance to impact patient mobility and recovery in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

The ideal candidate will have a valid PT license and current BLS certification; Doctorate in PT is preferred and new grads are welcome. Travel pay, benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
