Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Eugene, OR. You will evaluate patients, design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and mobility.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
