Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to join a therapist-led organization expanding nationally. A 13-week travel option is available and the position offers full-time daytime hours at Heritage Manor Health Center in Chisholm, MN.

Eligible candidates hold an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and an active PTA license in good standing. Prefer candidates with 1 year of prior PTA experience who can implement treatment plans, document progress, and

• Implements treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Documents progress and reports status to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
