Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Columbus, OH seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed therapists by implementing treatment plans and guiding patients through home exercise programs. This full-time daytime position offers opportunities for growth within a therapist-led environment.

You will document patient progress, work under the supervision of a PT, and participate in licensure reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
