Responsibilities include implementing PT goals, guiding therapeutic interventions, and maintaining safety while documenting progress. Outpatient experience and active licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• CAPTE Certified.
• 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active and applicable state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
