Job summary

TotalMed Allied in Dacula, GA is seeking a Physical Therapist for an immediate travel assignment. The PT will evaluate and implement a plan of care for diverse patient populations in acute care, with 40 hours per week over 13 weeks.

Requirements include 1 year of PT experience (6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates), BLS and state licensure. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, and manage documentation per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Physical Therapy degree and be licensed to practice in the state.
• Experience requirements: 1 year preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification required; familiarity with acute care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for diverse patient populations in acute care.
• Oversee documentation and billing within facility guidelines.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure a team-based plan of care.
