Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for an immediate travel assignment in Lawrenceville, GA. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and execute a plan of care, and supervise PTAs and staff in the acute care setting.

The role requires 1 year of experience (6 months considered for exceptional candidates) with BLS and state licensure. Responsibilities include documentation, billing, and collaboration with center physicians.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
• Experience as a PT with ability to evaluate and develop a plan of care.
• Stand and walk for long periods; good knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within setting guidelines and interface with physicians.
• Develop and modify a plan of care based on patient condition.
• Document timely and accurately per state/insurer rules.
