Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Springfield, MA. You will assess patients, design and implement therapy plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain. Travel roles include comprehensive benefits and patient-centered care.

Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification; Doctorate preferred. Start date 10/26/2026, 40 hours/week, days, 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate therapy equipment safely with proper maintenance.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Coordinate with physicians and nurses for optimal care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control.
