Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Wellesley, MA. You will evaluate and treat patients in hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers, creating individualized, evidence-based plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

The role requires a valid PT license and BLS, with Doctorate preferred. This travel position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in good standing
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy; mobility to handle travel assignments

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized rehab programs
• Implement PT treatment plans and utilize modalities for mobility and pain relief
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled treatment environment
• Participate in discharge planning for smooth transitions
• Pursue ongoing professional development and quality assurance activities
• Perform other duties within scope of practice
