Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Menahga, Minnesota. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in hospital or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Minnesota per state regulations.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) current.
• Active professional credentials and ability to obtain HCP status as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and adjust individualized therapy plans.
• Document evaluations and progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Educate patients on home exercise and safety strategies.
