Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Park Rapids, Minnesota. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional limitations with standardized tests and patient history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
