Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Thief River Falls, MN. The role involves evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote independence across hospital, clinic, or rehab settings, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts.

Starting ASAP, applicants must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and current BLS certification. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
