Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chisholm, MN. The role offers 40 hours per week, an 8-hour shift, and ASAP start with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy; New grads welcome; other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment with infection control and safety guidelines.
• Assist in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions and continued progress.
