Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the relevant state
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Commitment to high-quality, safe patient care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans
• Deliver PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety
• Maintain safe treatment environment and infection control
• Support discharge planning and patient progress in various settings
• Engage in professional development and QA activities
