Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pipestone, MN. The position features 35 hours per week and 12-hour shifts, with opportunities to work across hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility).
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Eligible for travel therapy assignments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention.
• Maintain infection control and safety in the treatment area.
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development.
• Assist with discharge planning for community or home settings.
