Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Bemidji, MN. The role offers 40 hours per week with a shift of 8 hours, days, in a facility-based setting. Must hold an active Physical Therapy license and BLS certification; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

This travel position includes competitive pay, benefits, and clinical support. Travel PTs evaluate and treat patients, develop rehab plans, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
