Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in a facility in Bismarck, ND. The position offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and a start date around 12/07/2026.

You will evaluate patients, design personalized treatment plans, and help them regain mobility in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings. Candidates must hold a valid physical therapy license and current BLS certification; a Doctorate is preferred, but graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy; experience preferred, new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled treatment environment.
