Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Savoy, Illinois. The role offers the opportunity to positively impact patient care across hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers while providing comprehensive benefits.

Current requirements include a valid Physical Therapy license and BLS certification; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week on days, in a travel-capable setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• Clinical PT experience; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
