Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in West Frankfort, IL. The role offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts, and start ASAP.

• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare staff to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
