Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Greenbrae, CA. Start ASAP; 40 hours per week, days shift, travel role with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing personalized plans, and coordinating with the care team to optimize outcomes. Licensure and BLS required; Doctorate preferred; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
• Experience preferred, new grads welcome.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on findings and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and self-management.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions.
