Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in San Andreas, CA. This travel role offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour daytime shifts, starting ASAP, and requires a valid PT license and BLS certification.

You will evaluate patients, develop rehab plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain. Comprehensive benefits and travel support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license required by state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy treatments and monitor progress with documentation.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients on exercises and home programs for self-management.
