Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.
• Physical Therapy experience, but New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement treatment plans and document progress in medical records.
• Utilize equipment and modalities safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care team members for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
