Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Waltham, MA. The PT will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings, with a focus on evidence-based plans and safe care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
